Great coffee house and fantastic by the slice pizza. The whole pizzas are a little more expensive than other places but they ate heaped with toppings. One of the best pizzas I have eaten.

Best pizza I've had in a long time. I'd make it a little easier to order from their web site by including the ingredients of each pizza. (I'm sure the staff would like this too.)

Very disrespectful management. You don't wanna bother with asking for a refund when they make something not to order refusing to remake your order because it's "too busy"

Great little jem of a place in Saratoga. Open super early for those early risers. Very friendly staff. Awesome smoothies and truly awesome cinnamon buns. If you are driving through stop by. Oh and they bake all their stuff there. And did I tell you their pizza is also awesome?

Worth the stop! Really good fresh pizza, dough was yummy and had a good crisp to it. Coffee was great! Easy access, ample parking!

Had this pizza a few years ago when camping. Now we have to stop by when in the area. Love this pizza!! All the way from Coquitlam BC.

absolutely amazing, super friendly and homely feeling when in the shop from the staff. the pizza and coffe is awesome and never forgetful!!

Disappointed. Wanted to order a half cheese pizza and half ham & pineapple. Cheese pizza is 22 dollars. Menu lists extra items as 3 dollars per extra topping. This would be 28 and the 2 ingredients would only be on half of the pizza. Man working there advised that he would instead have to charge 30 dollars as the specific ingredients was the same as their Hawaiian . If your menu says 3 dollars per extra topping and you will be having half a cheese pizza, either work to help the customer or make your prices make sense. Why charge an extra 2 dollars on top of everything? It was a lost sale. I have already told family and friends and the forbidden zone is off their list.

Stopped here just to grab a slice of pizza and wasn’t expecting much as you never know how long the pizza has been sitting there for. But was seriously surprised at how tasty of a slice it was!! Definitely worth trying out if you enjoy a good slice of pie!

Pizza is A+ and the folks are lovely.

This is a great place to stop for a tea, coffee, and add a variety of snacks such as muffins,pizza by the slice,cinnamon buns,cookies, which are always fresh and very good. The pizzas to go are first class and are ready in a short time.Another important thing to note is that a group of Campers from Salmon Point RV Resort walk along the sea shore trail and then stop at the Forbidden Zone for coffee or tea and goodies . Related to this we also stop at the grocery store for food items etc which we also need.

New to area ,pleasant surprise discovered at THE FORBIDDEN ZONE Pizzeria and flavoured coffees.Unbeliable friendly staff greet you on entry and exit.Excellent choice of toppings.To die for music and comfortable seating,enjoyed by locals and passerbys.Great asset to this small community hub.I am here 3 times a day. Check it out. or you are missing out

Yummy pizza, absolutely ridiculous prices. $60-$70 for two large pizzas. Thank you Trump for the great exchange rate these days.

Possibly the worst pizza I ever had..... Very expensive too. Tried to build my own pizza with four toppings and they couldn't figure out the price. Got them and they were very undercooked had to cook them for 20 minutes more and they were still terrible...don't waste your time and money would give them less than a star

The service was welcoming and friendly and my soy mocha and breakfast sandwich were delicious. I will have to return for their famous pizza!

Definitely a gem of Black Creek! The pizza is amazing and when we stop here for coffees in the morning it's always a pleasant experience! They've got some awesome seasonal beverages too! I'm not usually one for "frou frou coffee" (as I call it) but they do it well here.So far my interactions with the staff have all been varying levels of fun. Good people and good food/drink... what more do you need!?

Such a great atmosphere, full of wonderful workers. Everything is made fresh to order and you can tell the quality and care that goes into theyre work, i much rather get an ice cap from them rather than timhortans, and every time it comes out perfectly! Great customer service, you can call in ahead of time, and they will have your drink or meal ready for you when you arive. Far and few between do you find a place that takes such personal care for each and every one of theyre customers.

five stars Slice a pizza and a coffee $8 or gluten free crust pizza and baked goods $4 my grandma would swear she made 100 years ago. Best pizza for $20-$30 ever. Friendly staff. Close to racing and Monster truck rides go carts and beaches.

Literally the worst pizza and business I have ever seen. Thanks for the half cooked pizza's for $75. I'd call and complain but the pizza cook seemed so proud. Nice job buddy, pizza's looked beautiful

Really great service, very friendly staff and a good array of choices. Ideal for the tourists staying in the area or the parent that doesn't want to cook that night. The store is tiny and how they manage so much out of such a small business is incredible.A great addition to Black Creek and a staple for years. We're always picking up a Mediterranean and Hawaiian after a long drive from Victoria.We'll order it in Parksville and it's hot and ready by the time we roll in. The store right beside it pairs nicely with the hot pizza. Locals know what I'm talking about. 😉Keep up the good work Forbidden Zone team!

$19 FOR 4 SLICES OF NOT SO GOOD PIZZA. CHICKEN ON THE PIZZA WAS VERY DRY. SAUCE HAS NO FLAVOUR. WILL NOT BE RETURNING.

This is perhaps the only place in Black Creek where you can grab a coffee, pizza or a variety of dig cookies have a seat and enjoy conversations with the locals. Its ideally located beside the liquor and grocery store.

Completely unprofessional different price on the same thing for over a year pizza is terrible and way overpriced staff is rude good thing there the only place around.later I waited until there were no customers and told the server not to speak to me like that and called me passive aggressive???Refered to as not 1 of the good customers and not working and then told to F0 the owner should check recording Jan 7 2019 between 700am and 1000am and respond

This is no joke the best pizza I’ve ever had, friendly people, good service, fresh ingredients, they don’t skimp on the toppings and the crust is amazing! In my experience people don’t eat the crust because it’s dry and tasteless, that is NOT the case here. Looking forward to coming back again soon.

We love it here, good coffee & good pizza. we love the vibe of this place and its location to the beach. Authentic and local.

Enviroment: small little pizzeria, maintained and doesn't have a clear theme.Staff: could tell they were there just to do their job. Not rude but not to welcoming.Food: I ordered a bbq chicken, what was supposed to be bacon was small fatty chunks of ham and lacked on bbq sauce. Chicken taste like they store it soaking in water.
